There are several questions that we
receive on a regular basis, and we hope that you will read through the section below to

1) Value of Plush
Toys (Ty Beanie Baby, Attic Treasure, etc.)
We have received a number of inquiries asking for the value of a specific toy. If
it's not listed on our site, we recommend that you check out the completed
auctions on eBay to see the price that particular toy is currently selling for
on eBay.
2) Our Purchase Policy
We only purchase merchandise from official retailers.
We do not purchase merchandise from people who send us unsolicited messages,
because we can't guarantee the authenticity of the merchandise unless we purchase it from
an official retailer.
3) Do We Have __________
in Stock?
We try to keep
our web site current, and we remove items from
our website or we mark the item as Unavailable when they sell out. Occasionally,
we are are unable to update our website quickly enough before another order
comes in for a sold-out item, and we will inform you promptly via email if we
are out of stock on an item that you ordered. If we receive an order
for a greater quantity of an item than we have in stock (i.e. an order for 3 of something
that we only have 2 in stock), we will promptly send out an email
advising you of the shortage.
